The staff at Dace German Car Centre were great! Particularly Steve, senior Sales Consultant. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was always courteous, friendly and helpful. He definitely went the extra mile for me, answering all my questions and patiently waiting while I transferred my insurance cover so that I could drive the vehicle away. I was really impressed and happy to be dealing with one senior person right the way through the process. The car is great! Exactly what i wanted at a very good price. I'm delighted and would have no hesitation recording Steve and Dace and this particular centre in Stockport/Reddish.
My experience at Dace German Car Centre was cracking because Steve was brilliant to deal with. Very professional and unpushy. The whole process was great from start to finish and we’ve already said we’ll be back to have a look for our next car.

I'd recommend Dace German Car Centre because great service from the team , my issue was I paid for the car and was told the front camera needed to be replaced
But this should have been told before I purchased the car. Since then I have had to call to find out when the car can be booked in. So far I was told that the part is there but waiting for dates as no one is available at present. This has somewhat spoilt my experience with Dace. The team are good but need to be more proactive with the after sales care . I should have been called to book in asap . I have since been told that I will get a call back from Will or Jake who sold me the car but I am still waiting for the call.
I would not recommend Dace German Car Centre because the car was not as described, and communication with Dace has been very difficult. They have been nice when I’ve spoken to them, but they consistently do not return calls or update me when they say they will. This has happened four times now.
